No vendemos tus datos.
Cuánto tiempo

Pixel Rally · Privacy policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026Who is responsible
Pixel Rally is an iOS and Android game made by an independent developer (Ayoze). For any privacy question, or to ask for your data to be deleted, use the "Feedback" form under Settings in the game.
What data is processed
- Advertising (Google AdMob). A Google AdMob banner is shown in the menus. Google may use the device's advertising ID, IP address and technical device data to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads, and on iOS the system asks for tracking permission. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Ad privacy. More information: how Google uses data.
- Usage statistics (Google Firebase Analytics). To understand how the game is played (rallies started and finished, car chosen, settings changed) events are sent with a random installation ID, the language and the platform. They do not include your name or email.
- Suggestions. If you send a suggestion from the game, the text, rating, your email if you choose to add it, language, device model and game version are stored on our own server. They are only used to improve the game and to reply to you.
- Ranking. When you finish a stage, its time is sent to our own server for the player ranking, together with the car, the recording of that run's inputs (to check the time is genuine), the game version, language, device model and IP address (to prevent abuse). You are identified by a random number stored in your device's keychain (and in iCloud, if enabled) so you keep your place if you reinstall the game. Your ranking name is the one you choose in Settings and other players can see it, together with your times; don't use your real name if you'd rather not.
- Notifications (push, iOS only). Only if you turn them on, our server stores the notification identifier Apple gives your device, together with your ranking number and language, to tell you when another player overtakes you in the ranking and when there are new rallies or cars. Notifications are delivered by Apple (APNs). If you turn them off in the game's or the iPhone's Settings, the identifier is deleted.
- Data stored on the device. Your progress, settings and ghosts are stored on your phone.
Purpose and legal basis
Personalised ads rely on your consent; non-personalised ads, statistics, the ranking and suggestions rely on the legitimate interest of running and improving a free game; notifications rely on your consent (you turn them on). We do not sell your data.
Retention
Suggestions are kept while they are useful for improving the game, for at most two years. Ranking times are kept while the ranking exists; you can ask for yours to be deleted. Google keeps its data according to its own policies.
Children
The game is not aimed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing or withdraw consent through the "Feedback" form. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Changes
If this policy changes, this page and its date will be updated.
